Final cleaning included - (If the apartment is insufficiently cleaned, a surcharge of 60.00 € will be charged). The apartments are available on arrival day from about 3 pm, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments at 09.30 am Cancellation • Booking confirmation: the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. • In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. • In addition, the following cancellation policy applies: • 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total amount. • From 30 days to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price. • 7 days before arrival 100% of the total price - for no-show, late arrival or early departure. • In case of deviation from the agreed reservation, the entire price of the apartment will be charged. • Please inform us in time if you can not take your vacation. We remind you that a 'temporary visitor' tax (€ 2,90.- pro night and guest) will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.
